How long do eyelash lifts last?

The longevity results varies depending on your natural lash growth cycle, typically ranging from 4-6 weeks as they shed with your natural lashes.

Refill Eligibility Timeline

If more than 4 weeks have passed since your last full set appointment, you will no longer be eligible for a refill service. In such cases, a new full set appointment will be required.

Can I request a custom look?

Is it normal to see eyelashes fall out?

Yes, your natural lashes have a shed cycle which includes shedding 2-5 natural lashes per day, per eye. Your extensions will shed with your natural lashes.

Using a custom blend of dye, our technician carefully and precisely applies the solution to your closed eyelids. After the processing time, the dye is gently removed to reveal beautifully darkened lashes.

How long do eyelash tints last?

After the 24-hour drying period, the color treatment becomes water and temperature resistant, ensuring long-lasting results. The color usually lasts up to four weeks and sheds with your natural eyelashes.

What should I do for aftercare?

To maintain your lash extensions, avoid oil-based products like moisturizers, cleansers, and makeup. Use an eyelash extension cleanser to clean your lashes and rinse well. Allow the extensions to dry before brushing or adjusting them with a spoolie. Be gentle and avoid touching or pulling the lashes to improve retention. And don't wet your lashes for 24 hours after each appointment.
